Acrylic Fiber Packing is braided from high-strength acrylic synthetic fibers that are pre-impregnated with PTFE and further treated during the square braiding process. This double impregnation ensures excellent sealing performance, low friction, and strong chemical resistance. The packing provides reliable lubrication and stable operation, making it suitable for a wide range of industrial sealing applications.
An optional construction with a high-elastic silicone rubber core is available. The resilient rubber core absorbs vibration and compensates for shaft wear, helping to reduce leakage and extend service life, particularly in worn or misaligned pumps.
