PTFE products include sheets, rods, tubes, tapes, and gaskets manufactured from 100% virgin PTFE resin through molding, skiving, or precision cutting processes. PTFE is widely recognized for its outstanding chemical stability, excellent resistance to corrosion, and long-term performance without aging. It features an extremely low friction coefficient, strong wear resistance, and a broad operating temperature range from –180°C to 260°C, making it suitable for demanding industrial environments.

Filled PTFE Products

Filled PTFE products are produced by blending virgin PTFE resin with selected fillers such as glass fiber, carbon fiber, or other reinforcing materials. Compared with pure PTFE, filled PTFE offers enhanced compressive strength, improved wear resistance, higher thermal conductivity, and reduced thermal expansion. These properties make filled PTFE particularly suitable for applications requiring better mechanical performance under load.

Applications
