Graphite impregnated glass fiber packing offering high temperature resistance up to 600°C, designed for valves, pumps, .....
Glass Fiber Packing with Graphite Impregnation is manufactured using high-quality E-glass fibers braided into a square cross-section and uniformly impregnated with graphite. This construction combines the excellent heat resistance and dimensional stability of glass fiber with the lubricating and sealing properties of graphite, resulting in reliable performance under high-temperature conditions.
For applications requiring additional mechanical strength, the packing can be reinforced with stainless steel or nickel wire (type 212EG). The graphite lubrication improves sealing efficiency and reduces friction, making the packing suitable for both static and dynamic sealing duties.
