Kevlar aramid packing braided with PTFE and lubricant, offering extreme wear resistance, high pressure capability, and r.....
Kevlar Packing (Aramid Packing) is braided from premium-grade aramid (Kevlar®) fibers and treated with PTFE impregnation and special lubricating additives. This construction delivers exceptional mechanical strength, outstanding abrasion resistance, and excellent elasticity, making the packing suitable for demanding industrial sealing conditions. A silicone-based lubricant is applied to ensure quick run-in and stable sealing performance from initial installation.
Due to its high hardness and wear resistance, this packing is designed for severe operating environments involving abrasive media and high pressure. To avoid shaft wear, a minimum shaft hardness of 60 HRC is recommended. The packing can be used independently or combined with other packings as an anti-extrusion ring.
