Ramie Fiber Packing

Ramie fiber packing impregnated with PTFE and inert lubricant, featuring a silicone rubber core for clean, low-wear seal.....

Ramie Fiber Packing is produced from premium-grade ramie fibers that are impregnated with a light-colored PTFE compound and inert lubricant during the square-braiding process. This treatment ensures clean operation and helps prevent product contamination, making the packing suitable for applications with hygiene and purity requirements. Its soft yet durable structure provides stable sealing performance while remaining gentle on shafts and valve stems, reducing wear and maintenance needs.

To further enhance sealing control, this packing features a silicone rubber core, which offers high elasticity to absorb vibration and compensate for shaft movement, helping to maintain consistent leakage control. Upon request, a flax-fiber alternative can also be supplied.
