G-PTFE Packing with Aramid Corners is a composite multi-yarn packing designed to combine high mechanical strength with low friction and excellent heat dissipation. The corner sections are braided from aramid fibers impregnated with PTFE, providing superior wear resistance and structural stability. The sliding surfaces are formed from graphited PTFE (gPTFE CGFO) yarns, which reduce friction and improve thermal conductivity during operation.
This hybrid construction enhances the lubricity of aramid fibers while reinforcing the overall strength of pure PTFE packing. As a result, the packing delivers reliable sealing performance under high pressure, high speed, and demanding service conditions.
