Graphite Packing with PTFE Impregnation is produced from expanded flexible graphite reinforced with textile fibers and thoroughly impregnated with PTFE. This composite construction enhances structural integrity while maintaining the natural advantages of graphite. The PTFE treatment significantly reduces friction, improves wear resistance, and increases cross-sectional tightness, resulting in stable and efficient sealing performance.

Compared with conventional graphite packing, this version offers higher strength, smoother operation, and reduced shaft and stem wear. It is suitable for both dynamic and static sealing duties in demanding industrial environments.
