Carbon fiber packing impregnated with graphite and PTFE, offering excellent heat conductivity, chemical resistance, and .....
Carbon Fiber Packing with Graphite is manufactured by braiding high-strength carbon fibers that undergo a softening treatment before impregnation. The packing is saturated with a carefully formulated mixture of fine graphite powder, PTFE dispersion, and special lubricants. This combination enhances lubrication, heat conductivity, and sealing performance while maintaining excellent mechanical strength.
The graphite-filled structure allows efficient heat dissipation and stable operation under demanding conditions. As a result, this packing is well suited for applications involving chemical corrosion and media containing solid particles, where reliable sealing and durability are essential.
