Hempen Packing with Graphite Oil Immersed is manufactured using a square-braided construction from natural hemp fibers that are thoroughly impregnated with graphite and mineral oil. This full impregnation process ensures uniform lubrication throughout the packing, resulting in stable sealing performance and long service life. The packing has a medium-hard structure that balances strength with flexibility, allowing it to conform well to sealing surfaces.

Its graphite and oil treatment provides very low friction characteristics, making it especially suitable for applications where reduced shaft wear is critical. In addition, the natural hemp fiber offers good resistance to rot, making this packing ideal for marine and water-handling environments.
