PTFE Graphite Packing with oil

Oil-impregnated PTFE graphite packing made from gPTFE yarns, offering low friction, enhanced wear resistance, and reliab.....

PTFE Graphite Packing with Oil—also known as Black PTFE Packing, GPTFE Packing, or Graphite PTFE Packing—is produced from 100% graphite-filled PTFE (gPTFE) yarns and then re-impregnated with a silicone-based lubricant. This oil treatment further reduces friction, improves heat dissipation, and enhances wear resistance under dynamic operating conditions. With a typical density of about 1.6 g/cm³, it offers a cost-effective solution for applications requiring higher performance than standard pure PTFE packings.

Designed for demanding services, this lubricated gPTFE packing performs reliably at higher surface speeds and temperatures, extending service life in rotating and reciprocating equipment.
