Acid-resistant asbestos gasket sheets are engineered sealing materials designed for equipment and pipelines exposed to strong acidic media. Manufactured from long asbestos fibers, acid-resistant synthetic rubber, and heat-resistant fillers, the sheets are compressed into a dense structure that maintains sealing performance under corrosive and elevated-temperature environments. They are widely used in chemical processing, petrochemical systems, and industrial plants handling harsh chemical solutions.

Material Composition

These gasket sheets combine:

• High-quality long asbestos fibers

• Acid-resistant synthetic rubber binders

• Heat-resistant fillers and packing materials

The blend produces a sheet with strong acid resistance, mechanical integrity, and reliable sealing for pipelines, pumps, valves, and flanges.

Product Series

Three grades are available depending on service conditions:

• NS250 – for moderate acid environments

• NS350 – for stronger acidic media

• NS450 – for high-acid, high-temperature, and high-pressure applications
