Asbestos Gasket Sheet, also called Compressed Asbestos Fiber Jointing Sheet (CAF Sheet) or Asbestos Jointing Sheet, is made by blending asbestos fiber, natural rubber, and heat-resistant inorganic fillers. The material is formed through rolling and pressing under controlled conditions to ensure uniform density and reliable sealing performance. It serves as a sealing material for flanges in pipelines, pressure vessels, and mechanical joints. Based on composition and working conditions, it is categorized into high-pressure, medium-pressure, and low-pressure types, offering an economical and efficient sealing option for industrial applications.
