Exhaust gasket sheet for automotive and motorcycle engines, made from asbestos, non-asbestos, or graphite sheet reinforc.....
Exhaust gasket sheets are engineered sealing materials designed for high-temperature exhaust systems in automotive and motorcycle engines. These sheets are constructed using asbestos or non-asbestos beater sheets or flexible graphite sheets, reinforced on both sides with perforated metal—typically 0.20 mm tanged carbon steel or tin-plated steel. The composite structure delivers excellent sealing performance under heat, vibration, and exhaust pressure.
Features
High-Temperature Resistance
Suitable for exhaust applications with working temperatures up to 400 °C, maintaining stable sealing performance in continuous thermal cycles.
Reinforced Metal Layer
Perforated carbon steel or tinplate layers improve mechanical strength, ensure uniform clamping load, and enhance durability during installation and long-term operation.
Reliable Sealing
Compressibility of 30–40% and recovery above 15% enable the sheet to conform to flange surfaces and maintain seal integrity under exhaust pressure up to 100 bar.
Material Options
Available in asbestos-based, asbestos-free, or flexible graphite structures to meet different performance standards and regulatory requirements.
