Graphite Sheet with Metal Foil is manufactured from high-purity expanded graphite laminated onto a smooth metal foil carrier. The reinforcement layer is typically made from stainless steel 304, stainless steel 316, or nickel foil with a thickness of 0.05 mm. This composite structure delivers excellent sealing performance, combining the flexibility of graphite with the strength of metal. The graphite content exceeds 98%, with a bulk density of approximately 1.0 g/cm³, ensuring stable thermal and chemical resistance.
