Graphite Sheet with Wire Mesh is a high-performance sealing material manufactured from expanded flexible graphite and reinforced with a metal wire mesh insert. The sheet combines a graphite content above 98% with a bulk density of 1.0 g/cm³, ensuring excellent thermal stability, chemical resistance, and long-term sealing reliability. The integrated mesh support—available in stainless steel 304, stainless steel 316, or carbon steel—enhances strength and dimensional stability, making the material suitable for demanding industrial environments.
Features
High-Strength Reinforced Design
The sheet includes a woven metal mesh layer that increases mechanical durability without affecting graphite flexibility. The reinforcement prevents tearing during cutting and installation while maintaining uniform compression performance.
Long-Term Elasticity
Graphite remains elastic throughout repeated temperature cycles, with no cracking, embrittlement, cold flow, or material aging. It maintains consistent compressibility and recovery across the whole operating temperature range.
Broad Chemical Compatibility
Suitable for aggressive media including steam, mineral oils, hydraulic fluids, heat transfer oils, fuels, water, seawater, and other industrial liquids. The sheet performs in full pH range environments (0–14).
