Non-asbestos beater sheet/paper—also known as non-asbestos paper, asbestos-free latex paper, or non-asbestos emulsion paper—is a fully asbestos-free sealing material designed for automotive, machinery, and industrial gasket applications. Produced from synthetic latex, aramid fiber, and selected fillers, it provides a modern and safer alternative to traditional asbestos beater sheets while delivering outstanding sealing and heat-resistant performance.
This product has passed third-party non-asbestos content certification and ROHS compliance, ensuring reliable safety and environmental standards. When combined with tanged tinplate, the material becomes an ideal cylinder head gasket substrate for gasoline engines and other precision sealing systems.
Features
100% Asbestos-Free Certification
Manufactured without asbestos and verified by independent testing laboratories for both non-asbestos content and ROHS compliance.
High Temperature & Oil Resistance
Engineered to seal lubricating oils under continuous temperatures from –80°C to 250°C, suitable for demanding automotive environments.
Enhanced Strength & Stability
Aramid reinforcement delivers excellent tensile strength, dimensional stability, and chemical resistance.
Smooth Surface & High Density (Vulcanized Type)
The vulcanized version features a compressed, uniform structure that can be die-cut directly into sump gaskets, gearbox seals, and engine components.
Specification
Standard Size
• Thickness: 0.3–1.2 mm
• Width: 1500 mm (Tolerance: ±5%)
• Length: 5 m, 10 m, or extended multiples
• Custom thicknesses and sheet formats available upon request
• Common Colors: Grey, Black
Application
Automotive Gaskets
Ideal for cylinder head gasket composite sheets, engine sump gaskets, rocker cover gaskets, and gearbox sealing components—especially for petrol engines requiring stable heat and oil resistance.
Agricultural & Construction Machinery
Suitable for engines and transmission systems in tractors, harvesters, excavators, forklifts, and hydraulic equipment.
Industrial Equipment
Used for sealed joints in pumps, compressors, gearboxes, and machinery exposed to lubricating oils or moderate temperatures.
Composite Gasket Manufacturing
Non-vulcanized type is typically laminated with tanged tinplate to produce durable and strong composite gasket sheets.
