High-performance non-asbestos composite gasket sheet with tanged steel reinforcement for motorcycle and automotive cylin.....
Non-asbestos composite gasket sheets are engineered sealing materials designed for modern automotive and industrial applications where high temperature, pressure stability, and zero asbestos content are required. The sheet is composed of a non-asbestos beater sheet bonded to a mechanically clinched tanged carbon steel core, forming a reinforced structure suitable for cylinder head gaskets in gasoline and diesel engines.
The composite layer ensures reliable sealing performance, while the steel insert distributes stress evenly and resists blow-out under engine load. This product is fully asbestos-free, making it suitable for OEM applications that demand environmental compliance and health-safe materials.
Product Series
Reinforced Non-Asbestos Composite Sheet
Non-asbestos sheet bonded to a steel core for standard engine applications.
Graphite-Coated Non-Asbestos Composite Sheet
Both sides coated with graphite to improve heat resistance and anti-stick behavior.
Multi-Layer Reinforced Non-Asbestos Sheet
Two or more layers with steel insert for heavy-duty cylinder head sealing.
Silicone Resin Coated Non-Asbestos Sheet
Applied with silicone coating on both sides for anti-stick and easier disassembly.

Features
Zero Asbestos Content
Manufactured from non-asbestos fiber and latex for a safe, environmentally friendly gasket solution.
Steel Reinforcement
Tanged carbon steel (0.18–0.25 mm) enhances structural strength and prevents deformation at high temperature.
High Temperature Capability
Stable sealing performance between 150 °C and 300 °C, suitable for engine combustion sealing.
Excellent Sealing Efficiency
Low leakage rate (<0.5 cm³/min), strong pressure resistance, and good recovery.
Anti-Stick Surface Options
Graphite or silicone coatings prevent bonding to engine parts and reduce maintenance time.
High Mechanical Strength
Tensile strength up to 12.7 MPa and compressive strength ≥ 80 MPa ensures durability under dynamic loads.
Fluid Resistance:
In 20# oil at 150 °C: oil absorption ≤ 25%, thickness increase ≤ 0–10%
In 75# kerosene at room temp: oil absorption ≤ 15%, thickness increase ≤ 0–15%
In distilled water at 100 °C: water absorption ≤ 15%, thickness increase ≤ 0–15%
No delamination or cracking after testing.
Applications
This material is specifically engineered for engine sealing environments where pressure, heat, and vibration are constant. Typical uses include:
Motorcycle cylinder head gaskets
Automotive engine cylinder head gaskets
Diesel engine sealing components
Gearbox and sump gaskets
Industrial engine sealing where asbestos-free materials are required
OEM production for vehicle and machinery manufacturers
