Rubber cork sheet combines cork compressibility and rubber elasticity for reliable low- and medium-pressure sealing. Ide.....
Ceramic fiber cloth is a high-temperature woven fabric produced from ceramic fiber yarns and reinforced with fiberglass yarn or stainless steel / inconel wire. It is designed as a reliable, asbestos-free alternative for demanding thermal insulation applications. The cloth maintains flexibility while delivering excellent heat resistance, making it suitable for both static and dynamic high-temperature environments. Variations with metallic wire reinforcement or aluminum foil lamination are available to enhance mechanical strength, radiant heat reflection, and service life under extreme conditions.
Features
Ceramic fiber cloth offers outstanding thermal insulation performance with low thermal conductivity and high temperature tolerance. Reinforcement with fiberglass or metal wire improves tensile strength, abrasion resistance, and dimensional stability. Aluminum foil–faced versions provide effective radiant heat reflection and vapor barrier properties. The material is lightweight, flexible, non-combustible, and resistant to most chemicals, making it suitable for long-term industrial use without aging or degradation.
Applications
Ceramic fiber cloth is widely used in the thermal insulation industry for heat insulation curtains and large-area thermal protection. It is also applied as radiant heat shielding, removable insulation covers, and flexible fabric expansion joints. Typical uses include furnaces, boilers, kilns, petrochemical equipment, power plants, and fire protection systems where reliable high-temperature resistance and flexibility are required.
