Ceramic Fiber Felts are manufactured from selected blown ceramic fibers (ST, HA, HP, and HZ grades) using advanced vacuum forming technology. In addition to the inherent advantages of ceramic fiber materials, these felts feature a denser structure with improved rigidity, toughness, and mechanical strength. They provide excellent fire resistance and thermal insulation performance while maintaining dimensional stability under high-temperature conditions.
With low thermal conductivity and minimal heat storage, ceramic fiber felts offer efficient heat preservation, outstanding resistance to thermal shock, and stable performance during repeated heating and cooling cycles. Their dense yet resilient structure also delivers effective sound absorption, making them suitable for both thermal and acoustic insulation applications in industrial environments.
