Ceramic Fiber Paper is produced from high-purity ceramic fibers with very low residue content through a controlled manufacturing process that includes pulping, residue removal, slurry blending, long-mesh forming, vacuum dewatering, drying, cutting, and rolling. This process ensures consistent thickness, uniform texture, and stable performance for high-temperature insulation applications.

The material offers excellent resistance to heat, chemical corrosion, and thermal shock while maintaining low thermal conductivity. With low density, good flexibility, and high mechanical strength, ceramic fiber paper also provides effective sound absorption and filtration performance, making it suitable for continuous service at temperatures up to 1000 °C.
