Ceramic Fiber Yarn

Ceramic fiber yarn with excellent chemical stability and low thermal conductivity, widely used as base material for cera.....

Ceramic Fiber Yarn is produced by twisting high-quality ceramic fiber strands into a uniform and flexible yarn. It is primarily used as a thermal insulation material in high-temperature installations and heat transfer systems. With excellent heat resistance and chemical stability, ceramic fiber yarn is widely processed into various ceramic fiber textile products and serves as a safe, non-asbestos alternative for industrial applications. Reinforced versions incorporating metallic wire, such as stainless steel or Inconel, are also available to enhance mechanical strength and temperature resistance.

Features

  • High-temperature resistance for continuous thermal insulation use

  • Lightweight structure with low thermal conductivity

  • Excellent chemical stability and corrosion resistance

  • Suitable for further processing into ceramic fiber textiles

  • Reinforced options improve tensile strength and durability

  • Non-asbestos material for safer industrial applications
