Dust Free Asbestos Cloth (FD105) is manufactured by interweaving dust-free asbestos warp and weft yarns produced from long asbestos fibers using a wet processing technique. This manufacturing method significantly reduces airborne dust, resulting in a safer and more stable insulation material. The cloth offers reliable thermal insulation performance and good mechanical strength, making it suitable for continuous use in moderate high-temperature environments.

Compared with conventional dusted asbestos cloth, FD105 provides improved handling properties and cost efficiency. An aluminum foil–coated version is also available to enhance heat reflection and surface protection.
