Dust Free Asbestos Tape is manufactured by tightly interweaving dust-free asbestos warp and weft yarns produced through wet processing technology. This structure significantly reduces airborne fiber release while delivering reliable thermal insulation and fire-resistant performance. The tape is designed for use in moderate high-temperature environments where flexible insulation and sealing materials are required.
To meet different service conditions, the tape can be reinforced with metallic wires such as copper wire, Inconel wire, or stainless steel wire to improve tensile strength and durability. An aluminum foil–coated version is also available, providing enhanced heat reflection and surface protection.
